J&M Industrial, Inc. manufactures used and rebuilt mineral processing equipment and bulk dry solids handling equipment. By participating in ExpoMin 2004 in Santiago with the West Virginia Development Office, J&M recently made their first sale to Chile.

According to Dave Cooper, President, "The sale came about strictly as a result of a customer we met at the ExpoMin trade show with the help of WVDO, interpreters and professional staff. We are quoting quite a bit of equipment to customers in Chile as a result of contacts made on the April trip.”

ExpoMin is Latin America's largest mining equipment trade show, held every two years. The West Virginia Development Office provided booth space for 8 West Virginia companies, including J&M Industrial. In addition to the trade show presence, a full day of one-on-one matchmaker appointments was provided to each WV company.

Dave plans on participating in an upcoming trade mission to Monterrey, Mexico in November.
